PRI and PAN suffered in the debate

Small parties were yesterday called on the parties in trouble “great” during the debate between presidential candidates town of Cuernavaca, which clearly stood out for their signals representative of the Social Democratic Party, Julio Cesar Yanez.

It was a clash of contrasts, where the PAN candidate, Sergio Álvarez Mata received a barrage of PRI and the PRD, but also of the PSD when the PAN offered jui cesaryañez cm advisory work and back, noting that the senator with debildades License

The saonse encntraba llleno with representatives of political parties, businessmen, officials, perodistas and forografos while abroad PRI militants armed porrs or grtos disqualification when the screen was placed former teachers and was showing his candidate’s turn to feel that their main rival.

Only the representative of the green and a bandman convergence karl ayala not entered into the dynamics of the enal riecxtos. The rest took their turns ara allusions to their antagonists.

Alvarez kills picked the worst but also mmg. Both Mojica enfocvron their weapons against Toledo, but were victims of Yánez style developed.

The candidate of psd ironically on the little money that was earmarked for his campaign, while stressing that instead of spending public resources, it would generate money

“A politician is easy, anyone can spend money, but not everyone can create,” and making signs to sam mmg

Very timely, the candidates came to the building of the IEE and then greet one another, with presidents of political parties and citizens in general, went to the Chamber and looked at where their respective places.
The discussion started and discussed issues adopted by the different parties: employment and security, as well as a free subject.
While an attentive listening to others speak and at times had to laugh.
Almost half of the debate began to emerge in the early dry throats, but in a matter of seconds were cooled almost to the second round.
In turn, the PRI candidate for mayor of Cuernavaca Manuel Martínez Garrigós dealed with public safety and said his proposal for the creation of eight commanders with their respective police stations in each of the eight municipal delegations, with wages decorated to the elements responsible for public security.
With regard to unemployment that is the most painful evidence of the worst economic crisis in the country and the city of Cuernavaca, whereupon the governments of the traditional and conservative right have failed to respond, because in the last decade unemployment has risen so disturbing that there are no programs or strategies to address this situation.
For its part, the candidate of the Partido Acción Nacional, Sergio Álvarez Mata, said that will not fail “to the Mafia last we return to govern for all live safer.”
On security, he said that his proposal has the support of citizens and representatives of different social groups by its commitment to convert Cuernavaca in a safe city and is said to be an ally of President of the republic against organized crime and purification of the police forces.
It submitted the proposal for the creation of “Citizen Alert Program,” where residents will have emergency buttons connected directly to the Ministry of Public Security and Traffic Metropolitana, with the facility in a first phase of 250 teams. Increasing the program Clean Up Mexico “to reinforce safe school policies, Rescue of Public Spaces, New Life Centers, among others.
He suggested encouraging the City Council Public Safety to implement the plan “Transparent Security” for progress, new challenges and conducted surveys to monitor the performance of police officers in the colonies. Place 52 video surveillance, with twice that capacity, among other actions.
In turn, the Ecologist Green Party candidate, Ricardo Gonzalez Estrada, said that Cuernavaca is facing serious problems, partly because 90% of the total budget is used for current expenditure (payroll) and what is not allowed to move public works that are needed.
He said that in his view, the debate itself served the purpose, because it announced solutions to address problems, “but also believe that it was exchange of ideas.”
He commented that the advantage of the discussions is that you can not fool the people as the problem of candidates of major parties that are called once to ask for a vote, and then commit and do not return.
Similarly felt that the debate was won by small parties, “because we come from the candidates that business area.”
He added that unlike some candidates, he is originally from Cuernavaca, and therefore their interest to improve this city: “We leave a legacy to our children, with an orderly city, with trash, with enough water and security,” said.
The Social Democratic Party candidate, Julio César Yáñez Moreno said that we need to promote employment that the government first create the conditions for employment there.
The problem is that people in this city has no money, “I propose that the government through … Look at the free public transport is just one of my main project, which is make people have more money in the bag. How do I do? As the free public transport is therefore to install television screens in the truck, as in the Metrobus, so that these screens are transmitted advertisements of businesses, so that these companies will pay an income to the municipality solvent and operating expenses of truck. ”
“Now, if people save the trip, everyone is going to save 50 pesos 4 cents or so each truck and the month save 700 pesos is average. Are 570 thousand users, then 570 thousand people are going to have 700 pesos a month more to spend on whatever they want. This will affect the economic recovery in the business of the city and all businesses sell more because they generate more employment. This is a way to generate thousands of jobs, “he added.
In an interview, the New Alliance Party candidate, Pablo Ruben Villalobos said he knows the problems of the people of Cuernavaca, and in this sense, if this should prove a winner in the elections next July 5, will make every effort to boost promoting employment.
To do this, start by reviewing the people working in the municipality complies with its real work, so that all spaces are filled with people working woman.
Similarly, work actively with industry to ensure that they are not as bureaucratic formalities for opening new businesses, because that drives away investment.
In this regard, requested the public vote of confidence to govern with transparency Cuernavaca honestly.
Other candidates who participated in the discussion are: Alejandro Mojica Toledo of the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) and the Labor Party, and Karl Ayala Alberto Ruiz, of the Convergence Party, who likewise unveiled his proposals to promote employment and to fight insecurity, which were applauded by several people who were invited to the discussion of candidates.

At FNAL showed a page of paper that said it was the orgamngrama ayto 200-2003 in the three years and then extended several hjas tamale together to show the current oragnigrama.

If you believe the experts, the preparations for the wedding should be in the months to hold full-time and require not only energy but also the expertise and special relationships. And in America in recent years, all obediently followed the instructions of the experts. Therefore, in 2006 only for the wedding itself (rental, limousines, flowers, bands and food), Americans spent 39 billion dollars in the ring – 14 billion dollars in gifts to the newlyweds – 9 billion. On honeymoon – 8.5 billion . Now the total annual expenditure on the wedding of America – 161 billion dollars – twice more than in 1990. On the wedding craze in the United States tells Marina Efimova.

Marina Yefimova: In spring 2007, the Library, New York Whitney Museum, early in the morning (before the opening of the Museum) held a seminar for brides, who were editors of specialized wedding magazines. Library Hall was crowded museum, although participation in the seminar cost 135 dollars. Called seminar «How to avoid major mistakes in the preparation of a wedding party». (I immediately remembered a comment shutnitsy American who wrote under the pseudonym «Dear Abby»: «The main and most common mistake on your wedding day – forget the father of the bride at the airport»). However, at a seminar for the bride, no one has been configured to joke. Editor «Bride» start it like this:

«Please, keep in mind that being a bride – that does not just tell the priest in the Church« I do ». Preparing the wedding is linked to severe stress. Men carry it worse, so try to alleviate this period his groom. Bring it to a health massage, for example ».

Marina Yefimova: If you believe in leading the workshop, preparing a wedding takes a full working day for months, and requires energy, creativity, expertise and special relationships. And to do so should not be friends and relatives, and professionals, clergy of blossoming «wedding industry». Brief history of this industry, the author of the book «Bride, Inkorporeyted» Wiki Hauord:

Vicki Hauord: This notion of changing, of course, especially since the 20’s. Then around the weddings began a rapid build-up of all kinds of advertising, and insurance for the first time a wedding … At 30-years of journals have begun to spawn. The first was the magazine «Bride» – «bride». (And the most recent journal – «In style Wedding» – was born in 2000). In 40-ies appeared «Bridal Salon», where it was possible to buy everything at once. BOUM weddings began after the Second World War: in 30-s was Depression, people save, and after the war returned to the groom, and all rushed to get married. 1946 broke all records on the number of weddings. But this spectacle weddings, at least in America, began after the wedding of Princess Diana in 1981. In the decade from 1980 till 1991 the average expenditure for the wedding in America has increased by 4 times – from 4 to 16 thousand dollars. Now on average wedding spend from 25 to 30 thousand dollars. In organizing a wedding involving up to 40 (!) Of different businesses: rental ballroom halls, luxurious dresses, the same outfits for the bride’s girlfriends, tuxedo for men, white limousines, seven cakes, horrendously expensive services of wedding photographers … All this is often the case in debt, which ranges from several thousand to several tens of thousands of dollars.

Marina Yefimova: At a seminar at the Whitney Museum of bride covered major issues, and leading – the main expert on costumes, decorations, design, perfumes, food and wine – in their answers pushed brides in one direction only – to the great waste. One bride asked when a better deal with hair and make-up: after church or before a banquet? And the magazine «Bride» said confidentially: «as soon as an engagement». Journalist Rebecca Mead, in the book «Perfect Day» describes his visit to a seminar for brides:

«When it came to the chief – to a wedding dress, it turned out that these dresses have made two: one (grand and small) – for the church, the other (a comfortable and sexy) – for the evening banquet. As was already known that the wedding dress is at least 800 dollars a bride asked hesitantly, not whether to do a dress, sexy, and the church to put on top of a short jacket, bolero? But the leading lady looked at such a sight, what the waiter restaurant «Le Bernaden» looking for a visitor to select from the list of wines is cheap ».

Efimova Marina: One of the major (that bish financial) details of the wedding – the registration of gifts – up rationality and foresight.

Vicki Hauord: This is – open the commercialization of the wedding tradition (really old) – to give gifts to the newlyweds. The bride and groom in advance go to different stores and fill out forms that include a list of gifts they would like to receive. The list is posted on the Internet, each guest is studying it, and make your selection. And then before the newlyweds were on the 7 crystal vases or four service (all of which they did not like). The list may not be just the thing, but, say, bank account number, where the guest can make a contribution. Incidentally, the registration department. First – Chicago «Marshall Field» in 1924, but it was a universal phenomenon recently. There are currently no shop, which is not in such registration: starting with the cheapest «Wollo March» to boutiques.

Marina Yefimova: Ministers of the wedding industry are often present invention for their advertising geniuses are absolutely necessary (or touching the traditional) the details of the wedding etiquette (although never had such a tradition that in the preparation of the American middle-class wedding was attended by 40 companies!). Or, say, have long been wedding rings, but there was no custom to give the bride, and with engagement ring with diamonds. This tradition appeared in the 40-ies on the initiative of jewelry after the opening of the South African diamond Copey. One recent tradition – rehearsal dinner. This is – lunch (or more often – lunch) the day before the wedding, after the rehearsal of the entire ceremony. Invited him to only two families and friends who came from other cities and countries – as a token of gratitude for their dedication and for their spending. At a seminar at the Whitney Museum of every bride’s record the conditions of this meal (with wine certainly in modest restaurant, with linen tablecloths and towels), and could guess that by some brides usually eat lunch in a piece of pizza with a paper plate.
Like the magazine «Vogue», which demonstrates not fashionable, and its extreme versions, magazines for brides seek such a permit, and the extremes that the youth is called «wedding porn» – wedding pornography. We read with Rebecca Mead:

«Contents of wedding magazines are uncontrollably and pathologically fantastic. But in his descriptions of the editors and the authors have deliberately practical tone, as if there was anything unusual in that decorate the entrance to the Church of the bushes, figure pollard under Bridal silhouettes, or, say, in order for the 200-ton guests as appetizers portions of pizza, Wrapped each in a separate box with the monograms of bride and groom. Marina Yefimova: Here’s where to Razgulyai «lyudoedka Ellochka», so deftly mimic «Vanderbildihe» in unforgettable book Ilf and Petrov «12 chairs».

Vicki Hauord: Traditionally, the wedding planning to the mother in America, and in general – the relatives. Uncle Joe photographed Bridal, Aunt Ann baked pie. Banquet organized at home – only to friends. In 2006, only to ring Americans spent $ 14 billion on gifts newlyweds – 9 billion, the honeymoon – eight and a half, the actual wedding day (rental, limousines, flowers, bands, food) – 39 billion. Now the annual expenditure on weddings in America – 161 billion dollars. All this – twice in 1990. Weddings became more expensive and crowded event, and therefore have the professional planners, organizers and consultants. Marina Yefimova: Mindy Veyss, ustroitelnitsa Hollywood wedding, became famous after a wedding party of any actor and actress, popular among teenagers. Marina Yefimova: How much money the organizers of weddings? Of course, this depends on the level of clients they serve. But Rebecca Mead in the book «Perfect Day» describes the house ustroitelnitsy weddings Beverly Clark, who began her career 20 years ago in Montesito, one of the fashionable resort town of Southern California. Marina Yefimova: If Beverly Clark refers to his emotional commitment, the attitude of other celebrities – Colin Cowie – purely aesthetic.

Marina Yefimova: I hope, consolation was the artist’s fee: invite for your wedding party by Colin Cowie – just as expensive as going to Paris and ordered to the Ralph Lauren sew a dress for the wedding. Going down the hierarchical ladder of the wedding is usually just a modest, but quite often become impoverished, or in imitation, or caricature. Of course, this has long been noted writers and directors, and the first – Robert Altman, put kinosatiru «Wedding» with a bouquet of remarkable actors, including Vittorio Gassmana, Carol Burnett, and Geraldine Chaplin. Chaplin plays the son of an Italian wedding ustroitelnitsu-dzhigalo daughter a truck driver. In one scene, she manages the guests before the dancing:

Ladies and gentlemen! We will strictly follow the tradition. The first dance of the bride and groom dancing at your favorite song. Then «eFOBi» interrupt their dance and danced with the bride. And the groom at the same time, dancing with the «On Bi HEM». Then «ESP ON G» interrupts son dance and danced with «HEM About Bi». And the groom invites you to dance «HEM About Gee». Then, and only after that, ladies and gentlemen, you all can dance.

Marina Yefimova: To understand the abracadabra, you should know by the reduction in the wedding industry: Moby – mother of the Braid – the mother of the bride. Foggia – father of the Groom – the father of the groom, well, and so on – all the relatives … directly, as in structuralism MYUL – Mikhail Lermontov, SKH – «sleeps grasshoppers Choir».
«Wedding» Altman ends downfall of romantic ideals, and the father of the bride (truck driver) fetches one’s hair, because they spent all the empty triumph of thousands of dollars. The point is that up to 70 – 80 years in America have traditionally been paid for the wedding the bride’s parents. As the case now?

Vicki Hauord: Now everything has changed. First, the waste so great that the parents of young newlyweds often share the costs. But the wedding suit is still expensive, and in all sectors of society, including families of low-wage employees and workers. True, now 20 years old, as is the reverse, a revolutionary movement – to antimaterialnomu, deliberately simple type of wedding. The same movement has been in 70 years. But then it was spontaneous, and now this impulse was to immediately commercial. It also appeared Organizers green weddings, weddings on the beaches, the special edition for «antinevest». There are already websites for weddings …
As regards costs, it is now often pay for the wedding couple themselves: by the time of the wedding they have to make a career and live together.

Marina Yefimova: Why? Why now, when the sexual relationship began with a 15-year-old, when the non-cohabitation was taken when the notion of «gerlfrend and boyfrend» became official status when half of marriages ending divorce, suddenly, the epidemic broke out the chic, expensive, creative wedding? Here are ideas from the book Rebecca Mead «Perfect Day»:

«Do not see another difference between cohabitation and marriage, the ideologues in the wedding industry are married (mostly brides) as a symbol of entry into a new social status (with a pre-purchase of new housing, cars, environment). In fact, they are the very concept of «bride» turned into social status … Colin Cowie believes the wedding the bride’s first sample of each to demonstrate their own style. Many brides, I received an unexpected recognition that for them the main thing is the fact that the wedding day hero of the day will it be that on this day she will be the most important and visible – for all her friends, rivals, for all the ill, for relatives, to indifferent men … and its long-boyfrenda, who decided, finally, to marry. But in most cases, the question «why you decided to make a splendid wedding?» Cause confusion and embarrassed laughter. And now the most frequent answer: «I was sure that will never build, but as soon as the engagement took place, I caught himself on the fact that looking at the display cases bridal salons» …

Marina Yefimova: I still live in America, had four costly weddings – two of them ended in divorce even before the parents of the debts. It is possible that the wedding was an attempt to persuade the newlyweds themselves of the seriousness of their intentions, to persuade themselves that happened to them any important change. Weddings – a ritual dance, after spells: «love each other and care for each other and in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health – until death does not separate.
